MARIE-ELSA SGUALDO
Née en 1986, Marie-Elsa Sgualdo est une cinéaste et scénariste suisse, cofondatrice du collectif Terrain Vague. Formée à la HEAD et à l’INSAS, elle explore l’émancipation à travers des courts-métrages primés (Cannes, Locarno). Son premier long-métrage, À bras-le-corps (2025), a été révélé à la Mostra de Venise.
Emma, 15 ans, enceinte suite à un viol, défie sa communauté rurale protestante répressive vers l’autodétermination. Trauma devenu émancipation, elle affronte hypocrisie morale et spectre de la Seconde guerre mondiale.
